Learn to listen to your body and mind together, so you can make decisions with clarity instead of performance
I work with people who've become strangers to themselves and cannot recognize what actually ignites them. I help them reconnect with lost parts of themselves, reimagine what their lives could be, and build from there. I've been right where you are.
This is not an ordinary coaching or healing practice. With playful exploration at its heart, we use creative exercises, grounding practices for your nervous system, and incisive conversation to bring parts of yourself home. So you can make decisions with clarity and build a life that actually feels like yours. As an actor, ontological thinker, and ex-investment banker, I bring all parts of myself to this work. This practice invites you to do the same.
"I have worked with Palaash for over a year now. She has a unique approach that works on grounding you into a place where your heart can open. That may mean lying on a bed for 10 mins, drawing a picture or screaming out loud. Or it may mean sitting across from each other in a safe and open space sharing. Palaash gets to the heart of things in a safe and beautiful way and i would highly recommend her as a therapist."

You've spent so long adapting to what's expected of you that you're blind to what you actually want. You know intellectually something has to change, but can't seem to connect to the source of the issue, and translate that knowing into action. Your body holds the answer; we just need to learn how to listen to it.
You're doing the 'right' thing but your life feels dull
You find yourself repeating the same patterns in love, career and relationships
You 'know' what your issues are, but can't seem to change anything
Your ambition is fueled by prestige more than joy
You have relationships in your life and yet feel alone
You're exhausted from performing and don't know how to stop
You want to make decisions from clarity instead of fear or obligation
You're ready to develop a relationship with yourself that's honest, not tidy
Our work together isn't about fixing you or reaching end goals. It's about equipping you with skills to listen to your body and mind together.
Using your feelings, patterns and unconscious drivers as a compass, and then recruiting your analytical thinking to move towards what expands you.

We meet for 80-minute sessions combining body awareness, creative expression, and reflective dialogue. Each session starts with grounding practices, then we use tools like drawing, movement, and voice to explore what's behind the surface—the needs and patterns you might not have words for yet.
We end with integration: making meaning and identifying concrete ways to apply what you've discovered.
We get to know one another, establishing safety and trust. We talk about why you're here followed by a grounding practice and some creative exercises to dig a little deeper. We'll agree on one aspect of your life to focus on and you'll leave with at least one tool you can use on your own.
Each session builds on the last. We track patterns, notice defenses, explore the gap between who you think you should be and who you actually are. The pace of the work will depend on your needs and the readiness of your system.
We work in 6 session blocks and meet at least bi-weekly.

Hi! I'm Palaash, a woman in my 30s made up of many cultures and personalities that snugly coexist. I am also an actor and an ex-investment banker. My work as an actor and a creative has allowed me to approach self understanding in an extremely fun and ingenious way. This is how my embodiment coaching practice was born.
I started this work to inject fun and a child-like curiosity towards the life long process of understanding ourselves. I love getting to know myself and it continues to transform my life. I want to support you in doing the same.
I grew up across 7 countries, in boarding school since I was 8, raised by a single mother who came out as bisexual when I was a teenager. I've lived a lot of life and have contended with questions around identity, culture, safety, and belonging to name a few. My early experience made me sensitive, creative, vigilant and lost. I learned to adapt, code-switch, and chase safety through performance.
After University I was unsure of what path to follow or where to live. I was plagued with the paradox of choice. I haphazardly landed in investment banking. And whilst I relished the adrenaline of the trading floor, I was utterly apathetic.
I quit to reconnect with a sense of aliveness and pursue what I've always cared about: Why are we the way they are? What are the forces that mould our identities?
I live in London now, pursuing work that keeps curiosity and playfulness alive. I continue to act; it's my training ground for the sensitivity and attunement central to this work.
I believe that each of us consists of infinite possibilities. Our identities are simply behaviours we've been rehearsing for so long that they're cemented into "I am". Like taking the same three roads home instead of trying a different path. Over time, this limits our ability to perceive what's possible. Our curiosity dwindles and we end up traversing life in a passive trance. In this dissociative state we stop asking ourselves "what else could it be?" making our lives a thin strand compared to the fullness of possibilities we were born with.
Responsibility and integrity are important to me. To ensure I can support you to the best of my abilities, I undergo supervision from a psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in integrated and psychosomatic healing.
